This ornate antique Italian Rococo mirror has very detailed open carvings made of carved plaster and wood. The carvings include Classic Rococo themes: floral details, scroll work and an open cartouche at the top. The glass is distressed, with spotting and discoloration present, revealing the age of the piece. Almost all the original gilt has gone from the plaster, and what remains is quite patinated, all adding true character that speaks to the beauty of this handmade mirror.

The overall dimensions are 42" H x 23" W x 3" D (depth taken from the top). The mirror portion is approximately 24" H x 15" W.
